Ridge Modification
Before: This patient was very unhappy with the sunken appearance of her gum tissue under her bridge.
After: Using a soft tissue graft, gums were added under her bridge to give her a more "plump" gum appearance. This made for one happy patient!!

Sinus Augmentation
Even if you do not have enough bone in your posterior upper jaw, implants may still be an option with a procedure called a sinus lift. During your implant procedure, bone can gently be "tapped" into the lower section of your sinus cavity creating enough space for your dental implant to be placed. This procedure has a very high success rate and causes no long-term problems with your sinuses.
